AI jobs in Charlotte without a CS degree

Start from the Lane, not the title
Sell

Keeping it running after launch day — operations, monitoring, quality, support, uptime.
Ops, support leads, and shop-floor people who fix what breaks.
The requirement is the systems you have already kept standing, not a major.
Govern
Keeping it legal, documented and out of trouble.
Compliance, legal, audit and risk — anyone who has written a policy.
The requirement is the rules you have already written or followed, not a major.

Read the requirements, not the title
Titles lie in both directions. A "Senior" posting sometimes asks for 2 years, and a plain "Analyst" sometimes asks for 10. The degree question lives in the same place: the requirements list, in the employer's own words.
