What we keep, and what we don't
Tenacious CLT is a jobs board and a newsletter, not an ad network. This page is the whole list of what is collected here, in plain words.
When you sign up for Wild Growth
We keep the email address you typed, so the newsletter can arrive. The list lives on Beehiiv; before anything is sent, Beehiiv emails you a confirmation link and nothing starts until you tap it.
We note which page the signup box was on, so we know which article people were reading. That is a page address, not anything about you.
There is one list. Signing up for Wild Growth does not sign you up for anything else, and we do not sell, rent or share addresses.
When you follow a job to the employer
Every listing on the Board links out to the employer's own application page. When a reader follows one, we record which listing was opened and that an anonymous browser did it — no name, no email, nothing that identifies a person.
This is how we know which jobs Charlotte actually opens, and it is the only measurement on the site. We do not run advertising trackers.
When you post a job
An employer posting a listing gives us the role itself — title, description, company — plus a contact email so we can ask questions before it goes live. The role text gets published; the contact email does not.
Leaving
Every Wild Growth issue carries an unsubscribe link. You can also write directly and it is done by hand the same day.
