Managed Services - Data, Analytics & AI - Director

The Opportunity As a Managed Services - Data, Analytics & AI Director you will lead client work that turns data into practical insight, supports better decisions, and shapes analytics solutions that can improve business performance within our Data and Analytics practice. As a Director you will set strategic direction, drive business growth, cultivate client relationships at the executive level, and guide teams in developing new ideas, solutions, and structures while keeping quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset at the center of the work. In this role at PwC, you will oversee multiple workstreams, translate business needs into analytics and AI services, and help clients use data to identify opportunities, improve operations, and strengthen decision-making across the managed services landscape. Responsibilities • Setting strategic direction for data, analytics, and AI managed services engagements across client portfolios • Leading business development activities by identifying growth opportunities and shaping pursuit strategies • Translating client business goals into data and analytics solutions that improve decision making and operational performance • Overseeing multiple workstreams spanning data architecture, data pipeline development, reporting, and dashboard delivery • Directing the use of analytics tools, AI capabilities, and data visualization methods to produce actionable insights • Guiding client discussions on data quality, governance, and reporting needs while managing senior stakeholder expectations • Driving development of innovative service offerings, thought leadership, and market differentiated solutions • Mentoring and developing team members while promoting effective use of technology and data skills across engagements • Validating adherence to firm policies, professional standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements What You Must Have • At least a Bachelor's degree • At least 9 years of experience What Sets You Apart • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science • Demonstrating executive-level client relationship building across data and AI services • Developing managed services strategies for analytics transformation and growth • Leading data, analytics, and AI thought leadership for clients • Translating market insights into new service opportunities • Mentoring leaders through complex, multi-project delivery • Balancing technical direction, commercial priorities, and team development The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
