AI Product Owner

Title: AI Product Owner Location: Concord, CA OR Charlotte, NC AI Product Owner Partner with business teams from problem framing through release, owning intake, prioritization, backlog, acceptance criteria, KPIs, governance readiness, and adoption outcomes Product management; agentic solution design; LLMs and RAG; backlog management; model selection; evaluation metrics; responsible AI and model-risk controls; executive communication. Expertise in GenAI skills TPM • 12+ years of experience in program management, specifically with complex technical programs. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery methodologies. • Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise programs in Gen AI or LLM. • Expertise in integrated planning, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) management, and fixed-bid governance. • Demonstrated ability to manage RAID effectively and ensure timely resolution of issues. • Strong financial tracking and reporting skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and senior leaders.
