🚨 URGENT HIRING: Architect – Google GECX AI Platform Client: Infosys / End Client Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Experience: 12+ Years Work Authorization: Green Card (GC) / US Citizens (USC) only Priority: Immediate – Resumes Required Today Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on GECX AI Platform Architect to design, develop, and implement secure, scalable customer experience solutions using Google's Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Contact Center technologies, Google CCAI, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role requires an architect who can lead solution design while remaining actively involved in coding, proof of concepts (PoCs), integrations, troubleshooting, and production implementation. Key Responsibilities • Design end-to-end GECX solutions across voice, chat, web, mobile, and assisted-service channels. • Build and deploy Agentic Voice and Chat solutions using CX Agent Studio, Conversational Agents, Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Gemini, and GCP. • Design conversational flows, multi-turn interactions, prompt orchestration, tool/function calling, grounding, guardrails, and human-agent handoffs. • Integrate AI solutions with IVR, telephony, CCaaS, CRM, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. • Implement GCP services, including Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM, logging, monitoring, and data protection services. • Analyze reporting data and logs using Google Logs Explorer, BigQuery, Avaya, GTP, and MS SQL. • Develop PoCs, accelerators, and production-ready solutions while leading hands-on coding, configuration, CI/CD, deployment, and troubleshooting. • Evaluate AI solutions for task success, response quality, grounding, hallucinations, guardrails, and tool usage. • Assess Google-native, CCaaS, open-source, and third-party technologies to recommend appropriate architecture solutions. • Lead technical discussions, review designs and code, resolve critical issues, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams. Required Skills & Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in solution architecture and engineering, with expertise in enterprise contact centers, Conversational AI, or AI/ML solutions. • Hands-on experience with Google GECX, Google CCAI, CX Agent Studio, Conversational Agents, Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Gemini, and GCP. • Strong experience developing Agentic Voice or Chat solutions using LLMs, orchestration, tool calling, grounding, guardrails, and enterprise integrations. • Deep knowledge of contact center technologies, including IVR, CTI, routing, queues, transfers, SIP, ANI/DNIS, DTMF, STT/TTS, and CRM integration. • Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java, along with REST/JSON APIs, SQL, Git, and CI/CD. • Experience with GCP services, IAM, secure application delivery, monitoring, and cloud troubleshooting. • Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, architecture design, and production deployment. • Excellent communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to remain hands-on throughout design, development, integration, and production stabilization. Preferred Qualifications • Google Cloud certification, preferably Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent. • Experience delivering large-scale CCaaS implementations, contact center transformations, or production-grade Agentic AI programs. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
