Principle AI Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Principal Engineer to lead the architecture and modernization of next-generation Financial Crime platforms using AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, advanced analytics, and cloud-native technologies. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for someone who can define architecture strategy while remaining hands-on with engineering, prototyping, design reviews, and complex technical solutions. 🔹 Key Areas: • Financial Crime – AML, Fraud, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, Customer Risk & Investigations • GenAI / Agentic AI – LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Investigator Copilots & Intelligent Decisioning • LLM orchestration, Vector Databases, Model Routing, Guardrails & AI Observability • Cloud-Native Architecture & Platform Modernization • Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture & API-first platforms • Large-scale Distributed Systems • AI/ML model productionization • CI/CD, DevSecOps, Automation & Engineering Excellence 🎯 Ideal Background: • 7+ years of engineering experience • 7+ years architecting and leading large-scale enterprise solutions • 5+ years delivering cloud-ready / cloud-native solutions • 2+ years developing or deploying AI/LLM/Agentic AI solutions • 4+ years of Financial Services experience preferred • Strong experience influencing enterprise architecture and presenting technology strategy to senior/C-level leadership • Hands-on technical mindset with the ability to prototype, review architecture/code, and mentor senior engineering teams
