Job#: 3049702 Job Description: Lead AI Solutions Engineer (RCM) Location: Remote Role Overview This position follows the company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. This role assists in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. The successful candidate will collaborate with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency and participate in architecture, design, and code reviews. Key Responsibilities • Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud applications with an understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and software architecture. • Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins. • Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and solution development. • Maintain end-to-end ownership of architected products and systems. • Balance AI-assisted development speed with sound engineering practices, security, scalability, and maintainability. • Move between high-level architecture and hands-on implementation as needed. • Ensure AI solutions are integrated within Epic for a seamless user experience. Required Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience. Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks and may lead multiple layers of resources. Domain Expertise: • Recent working experience in the healthcare domain, specifically with EHR and Epic technologies. • Deep knowledge of Epic is required for integrating AI solutions. Technical Skills: • Deep experience designing and implementing cloud solutions, preferably with Microsoft Azure; experience with AWS or GCP is also valuable. • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using technologies such as Bicep, Terraform, or ARM. • Deep understanding of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative development practices. • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including containerized application architecture and deployment. • Experience with relational and distributed data technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and Databricks. • Understanding of observability, application performance, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and security. Preferred Qualifications • Experience building or integrating Generative AI-powered applications. • Epic certification is a top qualification. Preferred certifications include Resolute PB, HB, Cadence, or Prelude. • An advanced degree or certifications. • Experience with technologies such as Grafana, Azure Application Insights, Azure Log Analytics, or OpenTelemetry (OTel).
