Director - AI Ops Engineering Lead

Defines the strategy for operationalizing, monitoring, and governing an AI/GenAI platform, its models, pipelines, and agents inside a financial-services Platform Engineering team. Partners with Azure and Databricks to build and maintain the MLOps/LLMOps backbone, leads CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for model deployment, and implements governance, version control, and auditability controls.
