Google Cloud certification is preferred. Job Description: Seeking a hands-on Google GECX Architect with strong experience in Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, Gemini, Vertex AI, Agentic AI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Key Skills: • Google GECX / CCAI, CX Agent Studio, Conversational Agents, Dialogflow CX • Gemini, Vertex AI, GenAI, LLMs, Agentic Voice and Chat • Contact Center, CCaaS, IVR, CTI, SIP, telephony, CRM integrations • GCP services: Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM • Python and/or Java, REST APIs, SQL, Git, CI/CD • Solution architecture, hands-on coding, PoCs, troubleshooting, and production deployment
