Job Description AI Product Owner Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Deep insurance domain expertise — strong understanding of insurance business processes, regulatory requirements, underwriting workflows, claims lifecycle, policy administration, reinsurance operations, and insurance data models. • Strong Product Ownership capabilities including backlog management, user story writing, sprint planning, acceptance criteria definition, release planning, and roadmap prioritization. • Ability to define and communicate product vision, business value, and feature priorities aligned with AI Platform strategic objectives. • Experience with AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, LLM, or intelligent automation platforms — understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and applicability within insurance use cases. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills — ability to translate complex insurance business problems into clear, actionable AI platform requirements. • Experience working with enterprise data models, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern insurance technology ecosystems. • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills across business, technology, and executive leadership audiences. • Familiarity with insurance regulatory compliance, data privacy, audit, and risk management requirements. • MBA or advanced degree, CSPO or similar certifications Responsibilities • Serve as the Product Owner for one or more workstreams within the AI Agentic Platform, representing business needs and ensuring delivery of high-value platform capabilities aligned with insurance operations. • Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog — defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications that reflect deep insurance domain knowledge and Agentic AI platform requirements. • Translate business requirements — spanning underwriting, claims, policy administration, reinsurance, and actuarial functions — into clear, actionable platform features and AI agent use cases. • Partner closely with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, AI/ML Leads, Engineering Teams, and Business SMEs to ensure technical solutions align with insurance business objectives and regulatory requirements. • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, story refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in collaboration with Agile delivery teams. • Define, monitor, and report on product KPIs, business value metrics, and platform adoption outcomes across insurance business units. • Work with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate Agentic AI use cases — ensuring alignment with business priorities, feasibility assessments, compliance requirements, and technology capabilities. • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, validation activities, defect triage, and stakeholder sign-off for platform releases. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and demos to gather insurance business input, validate platform capabilities, and drive adoption readiness. • Maintain product roadmap alignment with program delivery timelines, business release schedules, and Agentic AI platform evolution strategy. • Ensure all platform features comply with enterprise governance, security, audit, regulatory, and risk management frameworks applicable within the insurance industry • Support organizational change management, training readiness, and business adoption initiatives to drive successful deployment and sustained use of Agentic AI capabilities across insurance operations. Salary Range- $120,000-$140,000 a year
