AI Governance Analyst

Position Summary: The AI Governance Analyst helps business units and enterprise functions adopt, operationalize, and align to enterprise Data & AI Governance expectations. This role bridges enterprise governance direction and business execution by supporting adoption, stakeholder engagement, enablement, and cross-functional alignment. The position partners closely with Data Governance, AI Governance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Cybersecurity, Architecture, IT, Data Owners, Capability Owners, and business stakeholders to accelerate governance maturity while preserving business accountability. Experience 6+ years of experience in data governance, AI governance, data management, risk, compliance, enterprise architecture, business transformation, technology strategy, or related governance disciplines. Demonstrated experience operationalizing governance, risk, compliance, data, AI, or technology practices across business units or enterprise functions. Experience translating enterprise policies, standards, or operating models into practical guidance, adoption plans, and enablement materials. Proven ability to work across business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, cybersecurity, architecture, and data stakeholders. Experience supporting governance or transformation efforts in large, complex, matrixed, or regulated organizations.
