W2 Only We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI-powered automation. You will work with business and technical teams to improve productivity, automate processes, and create better customer experiences. In this role, you will build solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Foundry/Studio. You will develop prompts, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, AI agents, and integrations with enterprise systems and REST APIs. You will also evaluate model performance, monitor solutions in production, and apply responsible AI and governance practices. Required qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation. • 2+ years of experience with generative AI, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot technologies. • Experience delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or related Azure AI services. • Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases. • Programming experience with Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript, plus experience building REST API integrations. • Familiarity with Azure cloud services, Git, CI/CD, data analytics, AI monitoring, and responsible AI practices. Preferred qualifications • Master’s degree in a related field. • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI. • Experience evaluating or fine-tuning LLMs and working with NLP. • OpenShift or container experience.
