Sr Data Scientist 12+ Months of Contract Role Charlotte, NC, New Jersey and Dallas, TX Job Description • Support End to End delivery of AI capabilities for IVR solutions built on Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex • Run and interpret experiment s related to intent recognition slot filling performance, utterance handling and overall conversational quality. • Hands on experience of interception data, model outputs and test results to identify issues and improvement opportunities • Tune intent descriptions, training data, model outputs and related NLU assets to improve performance • Contribute to evaluation and implementation of LLM and GenAI related capabilities for NLU and intent understanding • Help drive execution against delivery timelines by identifying risks, resolving issues and maintaining strong analytics
