Job Title: Technical Lead - Data Governance, Lineage & AI Location - Charlotte, NC We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Technical Lead to drive the architecture technical strategy and overall solution delivery for an enterprise Data Lineage and AI Metadata Platform initiative The candidate will be responsible for defining target state architecture establishing technical standards governing solution quality and leading cross functional engineering teams throughout the engagement. Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end solution architecture and technical roadmap Design canonical data models and metadata frameworks Establish data extraction and lineage generation strategies Act as Design Authority for all architecture reviews and technical decisions Define integration patterns across source systems metadata repositories APIs and governance platforms Lead technical reviews code quality initiatives and architectural governance Ensure scalability security performance and maintainability of solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders product teams and engineering leads Mentor engineers and establish development best practices Required Skills Data Lineage Data Transformation Metadata Management ETLELT Design Data Modeling Canonical Models Generative AILLM based solutioning API Integration Design Cloud experience GCP preferred Preferred Qualifications Exposure to enterprise lineage platforms and governance frameworks Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 99712 to 151000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
