Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Power Platform & Copilot Engineer (NC) to join their team. As a Power Platform & Copilot Engineer (NC), you will be part of the Global Technology department supporting enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Power Platform & Copilot Engineer (NC) Location:Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $64 What's the Job? • Support and train users on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools. • Build and manage custom Copilot Agents to enhance enterprise productivity. • Develop integrations with Microsoft connectors and external systems to streamline workflows. • Act as a subject matter expert for AI adoption, governance, and best practices. • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and produce insights to optimize usage. What's Needed? • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors. • Experience developing REST APIs and custom connectors within Copilot Studio. • Proficiency in prompt engineering and designing effective prompts for AI agents. • Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement scalable solutions. • Excellent analytical skills to interpret usage data and generate actionable insights.
