Our challenge: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead AI adoption initiatives, Agile transformation programs, and enterprise-wide enablement efforts. This role combines project leadership, Agile coaching, AI program management, and organizational change enablement to drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum, Agile delivery, and modern AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Devin. The successful candidate will partner with technical and business stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities, build scalable enablement programs, develop reusable assets, and ensure successful adoption across the organization. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $125k - $135k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: AI Enablement & Adoption • Design, develop, and deliver scalable role-based training programs, workshops, and self-service learning resources for both technical and non-technical teams. • Build and maintain enablement assets including playbooks, prompt libraries, best-practice guides, reusable templates, and AI accelerators. • Lead enterprise AI adoption initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Devin, and other AI-powered productivity platforms. • Facilitate AI use-case discovery workshops to identify, prioritize, pilot, and scale high-value business opportunities. • Drive organizational change management activities that increase AI awareness, adoption, and productivity. Program & Project Management • Manage cross-functional AI and technology projects from initiation through delivery. • Develop project plans, roadmaps, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communication plans. • Coordinate with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to ensure successful execution and delivery. • Monitor program health, project milestones, budget utilization, and resource allocation. Agile Leadership • Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. • Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies to improve team effectiveness and delivery performance. • Remove impediments, resolve delivery challenges, and promote continuous improvement practices. • Support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business units. Metrics, Reporting & Governance • Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes to measure program effectiveness and ROI. • Create dashboards and executive-level reporting that provide insights into adoption trends, delivery performance, and business impact. • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for sustainable AI adoption and Agile execution. • Present program updates, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leadership. Community & Champion Program Management • Establish and manage an AI Champions Program to foster grassroots adoption and knowledge sharing. • Develop communities of practice and advocate networks to support organizational learning and continuous innovation. • Promote collaboration and sharing of successful AI use cases across teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role supporting multiple Agile teams. Proven experience leading enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives. Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Devin, ChatGPT, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and SDLC best practices. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools. Demonstrated success in building executive dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, and business performance reporting. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and work independently in a fast-paced environment. It would be great if you also had: Experience building reusable intellectual property (IP), accelerators, automation frameworks, and best-practice libraries. Hands-on involvement in AI/ML or Generative AI implementations within enterprise or professional services environments. Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, SPC, or PMI-ACP. Experience driving enterprise-wide change management and user adoption programs. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Experience supporting software engineering and application development teams.
