Job Summary
We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong machine learning and software engineering experience to develop and deploy AI-powered capabilities in enterprise applications. The role involves working across the full AI development lifecycle, from experimentation and model evaluation through to production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features for enterprise applications.
• Build and enhance AI/LLM workflows, including agentic workflows.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and improve the accuracy, grounding, and reliability of AI-generated responses.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and automated testing to measure model quality and support continuous improvement.
• Develop, integrate, and deploy machine learning models and large language model solutions in production environments.
• Build and maintain back-end services using Python and contribute to front-end development using React where required.
• Develop scalable APIs and services that integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Apply responsible AI principles, ensuring solutions are explainable, traceable, and aligned with enterprise governance and data standards.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring to promote engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements that provide measurable value.
Required Skills
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise software solutions, with hands-on experience developing AI or machine learning applications.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based applications.
• Strong Python development experience, including expertise with APIs.
• Experience building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and deploying AI workloads in production.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, evaluation, and observability.
• Experience working with SQL and large-scale data processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with React or other modern front-end frameworks.
