Your work will focus on building and applying models that uncover patterns, predict outcomes, and optimize processes across the enterprise. Through real-world projects and collaboration with business and technology partners, you’ll gain exposure to how advanced analytics enables Vanguard to deliver value at scale. The Technology Leadership Program is a rotational development experience designed for early-career technologists ready to make an impact. Data Scientist participants complete three rotations across Data & Analytics-focused teams, gaining exposure to different domains, tools, and business challenges while increasing ownership, responsibility, and leadership capability over time. In this program, you will: • Develop and apply machine learning models and advanced statistical techniques to solve business problems • Work with large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities • Design experiments, build predictive and prescriptive models, and support model validation efforts • Translate business problems into analytical approaches and deliver solutions from concept to implementation • Partner with data, engineering, and business teams to drive data-informed decision-making • Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences • Take ownership of projects and contribute to delivering high-impact outcomes • Collaborate across teams, share insights, and influence strategic decisions • Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, and peers • Meet regularly with your department manager and program manager to receive personalized coaching and mentorship What it takes: • Master’s, MBA, or relevant advanced degree in Data & Analytics, Data…
