Python Full Stack Developer with AI/Gen AI

Role: Python Full Stack Developer with AI/Gen AI Hybrid at Charlotte, NC Full Time Direct Hire Role Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills - Lead the full lifecycle development of web applications, from conceptualization and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Experience in chunking, embedding and creation of RAG. - Experience working with Anthropic and Bedrock. - Architect / develop robust & scalable backend systems using Python and relevant frameworks (eg. Django, Flask). - Design/implement intuitive and high-performance user interfaces using Angular & modern front-end technologies. - Leverage AWS Bedrock to integrate and utilize various foundation models for tasks such as natural language processing, text generation, and more. - Design, develop, and implement agentic systems, including planning, reasoning, tool usage, and memory management, to automate complex workflows and enhance application intelligence. - Develop and maintain APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems, as well as integration with external services. - Design and manage data models & databases (both relational and NoSQL) to support application requirements. Additional Technical/Functional Skills - Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and coding standards. - Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers in an agile development environment. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Angular, Python, cloud technologies (especially AWS), LLMs, and agentic systems. - Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
