Our challenge We are looking for a GenAI Solutions Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable, and business-focused generative AI solutions. Candidate will partner with business, product, engineering, data, and security teams to turn complex business challenges into practical AI applications. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $140k - $150k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: • Design end-to-end GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, and vector databases. • Lead technical discovery, architecture design, proof-of-concepts, and production implementations. • Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and workflows. • Define best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, evaluation, monitoring, and cost optimization. • Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, governance, and responsible AI standards. • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to deploy and operate production-ready solutions. • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business needs. Requirements: • Strong experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, solution architecture, data engineering, or machine learning. • Hands-on experience designing or implementing GenAI solutions. • Experience with one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents. • Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript. • Experience with APIs, microservices, databases, containers, CI/CD, and MLOps. • Strong understanding of cloud security, data privacy, and enterprise architecture. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. • Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex. • Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, Redis, or pgvector. • Responsible AI, AI governance, model evaluation, or regulatory compliance. • Cloud architecture or relevant AI certifications.
