We are looking for a hands-on Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer/Architect to lead the design and delivery of next-generation AI solutions. 🔍 What We’re Looking For (Priority Focus): We highly value candidates with proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions from inception to production. Ideal candidates will have end-to-end ownership of intelligent agent development, leveraging modern frameworks and applying GenAI in real-world applications. 💡 Key Responsibilities • Design and build Agentic AI solutions using modern platforms, MCP, and A2A frameworks • Develop and deploy end-to-end Generative AI applications (AI assistants, enterprise solutions) • Implement and optimize RAG pipelines for scalable knowledge retrieval • Design embeddings and vector database architectures for semantic understanding • Integrate AWS Bedrock APIs for LLM-based application development • Build orchestration workflows using LangChain or similar frameworks • Architect and deploy scalable GenAI solutions on AWS Cloud • Establish AI observability, monitoring, and performance tracking • Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments • Lead architecture discussions, design decisions, and best practices • Mentor teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $80000 to $160000 per annum. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
