We are looking for a hands-on Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer/Architect to lead the design and delivery of next-generation AI solutions. 🔍 What We’re Looking For (Priority Focus): We highly value candidates with proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions from inception to production. Ideal candidates will have end-to-end ownership of intelligent agent development, leveraging modern frameworks and applying GenAI in real-world applications. 💡 Key Responsibilities • Design and build Agentic AI solutions using modern platforms, MCP, and A2A frameworks • Develop and deploy end-to-end Generative AI applications (AI assistants, enterprise solutions) • Implement and optimize RAG pipelines for scalable knowledge retrieval • Design embeddings and vector database architectures for semantic understanding • Integrate AWS Bedrock APIs for LLM-based application development • Build orchestration workflows using LangChain or similar frameworks • Architect and deploy scalable GenAI solutions on AWS Cloud • Establish AI observability, monitoring, and performance tracking • Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments • Lead architecture discussions, design decisions, and best practices • Mentor teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $80000 to $160000 per annum. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
