Delivery Manager/Client Partner- IT Services experience - Banking and Financial Services/Fintech, AI, Digital Transformation Location: Charlotte, NC We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead client engagements, ensure successful project delivery, and drive account growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong delivery leadership with strategic account management, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring operational excellence and business expansion. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, programs, and managed services engagements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and executives. • Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, and delivery performance. • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account growth opportunities. • Own account financials, revenue forecasting, margins, and resource planning. • Lead governance meetings, risk management, and executive reporting. • Collaborate with sales, solution, and delivery teams to support business growth. • Mentor delivery teams and foster a high-performance culture. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in IT Services, Consulting and Technology Delivery. • Proven experience managing client accounts and large delivery engagements in Banking and Financial Services IT. • Strong stakeholder management, program management, and commercial acumen. • Experience managing distributed teams, and multiple concurrent project and geographical locations • Delivery Management • Account & Client Relationship Management • Program/Project Management • Financial & P&L Management • Risk & Escalation Management • Team Leadership • Business Development & Account Growth Success in this role will be measured through client satisfaction, delivery excellence, revenue growth, account retention, and profitability.
